Common questions

What happens in the first conversation?

We talk for 30 minutes about your business and where AI might help. There is no obligation and no sales pitch. You'll leave with at least one practical idea.

Do you sell software or earn commissions?

No. I recommend tools on merit and take no commissions or referral fees. You buy any tools directly from the vendor.

Do we need technical staff to get started?

No. The work is designed for the people who run your business day to day. I train them on your own material and set up what's needed.

How do you handle our confidential information?

Confidentiality is part of every engagement agreement. We also set ground rules early for what data goes into AI tools and how results get checked.

What does it cost?

It depends on the scope. After our first conversation you get a short written proposal with clear pricing before any work begins.

Where do you work?

I'm based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and work on site with companies across Pennsylvania. Follow-up sessions can be by video.

Let’s find where AI pays off for you.
